Optimising production operations, improving production and business efficiency in petroleum processing plants of Vietnam Oil And Gas Group
Abstract
Restructuring associated with (i) management innovation, (ii) promoting market development, and (iii) focusing on research for development and production optimisation are three important orientations and directions of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group aimed to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of the petroleum processing sector in recent years. The implementation of the above measures and orientations has brought positive results to the petroleum processing sector of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, which are reflected in the following indicators: revenue; profit; safety - stability; capacity, productivity - performance; scale and growth that exceed the annual plan and the five-year plan. The article focuses on production optimisation which contributes to improving the efficiency and competitiveness in the petroleum processing plants of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group.
