Abstract

The software for management of investment activities in overseas petroleum exploration and exploitation projects helps to improve the efficiency of the management and monitoring of Petrovietnam’s overseas petroleum projects. In addition to the general information about the projects, the software updates the projects' operations at different stages: prospecting and exploration (2D/3D seismic survey, drilling), development and production, reserves, production output, work schedules, budgets and expenditures, etc. The digitalisation of data/information will facilitate data/information management in a systematic way, ensure security and preciseness, and reduce data/information search and retrieval time.
