Corporate portfolio managment approaches and recommendations for Vietnam Oil and Gas Group
Abstract
Corporate portfolio management plays an important role in ensuring the maintenance and development of production and business operations in the long term. The article gives an overview of corporate portfolio management approaches, including the logics that drive corporate strategic investment decisions and the tools to analyse the corporate portfolio commonly used by corporations around the world; from which recommendations are made for Petrovietnam’s corporate portfolio management.
