NGV & xây dựng một số tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam liên quan đến hệ thống phân phối và sử dụng sản phẩm khí cho NGV
Abstract
Chiến lược sản xuất sạch hơn (SXSH) trong công nghiệp đến năm 2020 đã được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt ngày 7/9/2009 với mục tiêu phổ biến rộng rãi công cụ này vào các cơ sở sản xuất tại Việt Nam nhằm tăng cường hiệu quả sản xuất công nghiệp, đồng thời giảm chất thải và tác động của các cơ sở sản xuất đến môi trường và sức khỏe con người. Để đáp ứng mục tiêu chiến lược SXSH của Chính phủ và để tiếp tục hoàn thiện cơ sở pháp lý cho việc phát triển các phương tiện vận tải chạy bằng khí nén (NGV-Natural Gas Vehicle) ở Việt Nam, năm 2010 Petrovietnam thông qua Viện Dầu khí Việt Nam (VPI) đã tiến hành xây dựng các tiêu chuẩn cấp Quốc gia liên quan đến NGV. Đề tài: “Xây dựng một số tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam liên quan đến hệ thống phân phối và sử dụng sản phẩm khí cho NGV” là một bước đi cụ thể cho quá trình hoàn thiện cơ sở pháp lý cho việc phát triển các phương tiện vận tải chạy bằng khí nén (NGV) ở Việt Nam.
