Improving cost management effeciency in petroleum depot construction
Abstract
On the basis of assessment of the construction process of petroleum depots from preparation stage and construction to project handover works, the authors analyse the advantages and disadvantages in the process of managing construction expenses and propose some solutions to improve the efficiency of petroleum depot investment and construction for Petrovietnam.
