Company liquidation and implementation of bankruptcy law in Vietnam
Abstract
Company liquidation is a formal solution used for deregistering a poorly performing company that faces insolvency. Bankruptcy Law no. 51/2014/QH13 has been fundamentally and comprehensively amended, which helps solving problems and obstacles in the implementation of company liquidation. The article presents an overview of company liquidation and the practical implementation of the bankruptcy law in Vietnam in recent years.
