Sử dụng Silicon Carbide dạng Beta làm chất mang trong tổng hợp Fischer-Tropsch
Abstract
Quá trình tổng hợp Fischer-Trospch ngày càng được quan tâm nghiên cứu và ứng dụng nhiều trong sản xuất nhiên liệu sạch. Hiệu quả của quá trình này phụ thuộc rất nhiều vào việc sử dụng chất xúc tác, chất mang, điều kiện tiến hành phản ứng... Trong nghiên cứu này, nhóm tác giả trình bày kết quả về sử dụng coban trên chất mang silicon carbide dạng beta và được hoạt hóa bằng ruthenium. Sản phẩm của quá trình tổng hợp Fischer-Trospch thu được có độ chọn lọc cao đối với các hydrocarbon mach dai (Sc5+ ~ 80%) ngay cả khi độ chuyển hóa lên đến 72%. Các phương pháp phân tích hóa lý hiện đại cũng được sử dụng trong nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá các đặc trưng của chất mang cũng như xúc tác tổng hợp được.
