Quản lý hao hụt dầu thô theo công đoạn (xuất, vận chuyển và nhập) là giải pháp phù hợp với thông lệ quốc tế và có tính thực tiễn cao, cần có sự phối hợp chặt chẽ giữa các bên liên quan gồm chủ mỏ, đơn vị vận chuyển, đơn vị cung ứng, giám định và sản xuất. Bài báo đánh giá tình trạng quản lý hao hụt dầu thô trên thế giới và Việt Nam, phân tích nguyên nhân và đề xuất các giải pháp để giảm thiểu hao hụt dầu thô trong quá trình vận chuyển.
