Abstract
PTT Public Co., Ltd. implements a 3D strategy with the objectives of focusing on business growth as well as working towards sustainable development, ensuring long-term benefits of stakeholders. Specifically, PTT focuses on improving its competitiveness, promoting technological innovations to reduce costs and increase profits; investing in infrastructure and expanding related fields which have the potential to create added value domestically and abroad; pursuing new business and investment opportunities to guarantee long-term growth.
In early 2020, with the double impact of the oil price crisis and COVID-19 pandemic, PTT adjusted its strategy to cope with the negative impacts, showing flexibility, timeliness and effectiveness in strategy planning. The article introduces PTT's strategy to 2024, with the goal of becoming a multinational energy company, integrating energy trading and petrochemical production.
